The dev has just announced that server downtime has been extended again to at least 10 PST tonight. From reading the description, I don't know that they will have it fixed anytime soon. They had issues with the server merge which was supposed to take place before the patch.

I am gonna go with no raid tonight will be possible unfortunately. Hopefully they have it fixed by Sunday night.
